Under the coordination of METU TAÇDAM | Center for Research and Practice on Historical Environment Values, a multidisciplinary team composed of faculty members and graduate students from the METU Department of Architecture Graduate Program in Conservation of Cultural Heritage, the Department of City and Regional Planning, the Department of Civil Engineering, the Department of Archaeology at Hatay Mustafa Kemal University, and the Department of Architecture at İskenderun Technical University carried out studies immediately after the 6 February 2023 earthquake on “Post-Earthquake Documentation, Damage Assessment, and Evaluation of Antakya’s Multilayered Cultural Heritage.”
